We’re off for a week in Texas. I expect it to feel a little odd. Even though It’s no longer our home, people say that once you’ve lived there, it will always feel like home.

We got back from our short vacation to Alabama yesterday. Here are a few pictures.

Over the weekend, we took an overnight trip to visit family in Tallahassee, FL. This is Tiffany and Caleb with her grandmother, Betty.

Friday is a really big day for me. I’m leaving Atlanta alone for a five hour plane ride to Las Vegas where I’ll meet my sister in the airport there for a long girls weekend. I ‘ve been looking forward to this all month.

I enjoyed a great long weekend in Boston with Kayla for the past few days. It was wonderful.

Tiffany, Caleb, Kayla, and I made a trip to San Antonio this weekend to visit Sea World, five-hour trip from Fort Worth. We loved it. The shows were entertaining. The hotel was top notch. The weather was pleasant. The kid was happy. The crowds were manageable.
