First Babysitter

Tiffany

Caleb had his first babysitter Sunday night so that Andy and I could go to a class at church. Caleb won’t be old enough to go to the nursery for two more weeks. We have left Caleb with his grandmom “Mimi” and his Aunt Kayla, but last night was the first time he was left with a non-family member. Although the person who kept him is like family. She’s been my friend since 8th grade and we lived together in college. Who is this lucky person? It is my friend Sarah .

I wasn’t worried at all when we left. After all, we would only be gone an hour and a half, Andy and I both had a cell phone on, we only live one mile from a hospital and fire station, and the CPR instructions are on the refrigerator. Of course everything went great while we were gone. Sarah is great with Caleb. It was such a nice break for me and Andy. Sarah even offered to come back next Sunday night.

I know you’re thinking that Sarah sounds like such a nice person, and she is also very attractive and single. If you know anyone who might be a good match for her please let me know. If this doesn’t get her a date we are going to try eharmony.com.

Our friendship might be over after she reads this, and she might not keep Caleb anymore!
