Four Months To Go

Today marks the five months down and four months to go point in my pregnancy. It is going by so fast. I couldn’t ask to feel any better than I do. I had very little morning sickness early on, and I am still feeling really well. I can’t complain at all!

I saw the doctor on Monday, and the baby is doing great. He has gotten so active. Andy and Caleb can feel him kicking and flipping. Caleb’s reaction the first time he felt a kick was hilarious. He jumped back and refused to put his hand back on my stomach. He couldn’t believe he was actually feeling his brother that he won’t meet for a few more months.

I’ve managed to put on 11 pounds so far. Caleb points to my belly and laughs about how big it is. I can’t imagine what he’ll think in another month or two. Here is a belly shot for those of you who have been asking for one,

We are starting to plan the nursery. The theme will be vintage airplanes.

We really don’t have any baby names picked out. It’s not that we are just keeping it a secret. I think babies look like a certain name at birth, so I need to wait and see him first before we commit to a name.

Because I couldn’t resist, the boys now have matching shirts for next summer. I thought Andy would object as we walked through Old Navy, but he actually encouraged me. I can’t wait to see them together.

I can’t explain how blessed I feel everyday when I wake up with a big belly and a kicking baby.
