Make Like a Tree

Andy

Leaves. Leaves. Leaves. Fall has been so unbelievable in Georgia. We’ve watched in awe as the leaves on the tree have turned from green to yellow to orange to red to brown. Now reality sets in as the leaves pile up.

I never raked in seven years in Texas. The wind would just blow both of my leaves to the neighbor’s yard.

Raking Leaves

Caleb didn’t mind the leaves. It was his first time to play in a genuine leaf pile.

In other news, Tiffany has officially entered the miserable stage of pregnancy. Some of her friends from our Shepherd Group gave her a nice shower the other day.

I’m working to finish up a couple of freelance projects before the baby’s big arrival. This could happen anytime at this point. Our bags are packed, and we’re ready to go.

We went to a church Christmas party tonight with my sister Wendy, Chris, and their children.

I’ve also added a few more new photos that you might want to see. The next post might be introducing the baby.

My kids got to jump in a small pile of leaves a few weeks ago. All the leaves from the neighborhood blew through our yard and stayed for a day before blowing on to the next town. They didn’t know what to do with a pile of leaves big enough for both feet! We see more tumbleweed than we do leaves!

Can’t WAIT to see pics of the new baby!!
