School supplies. Check. Join the PTA. Check. New shoes. Check. Meet the teacher. Check. Good night sleep. Check. Hearty breakfast. Check. Still camera charged. Check. Videocamera charged. Check. Excited 6-year old. Check. Proud dad. Check. Weepy mom. Check.

I can’t watch this without imagining my 2 year old leaving for school. It breaks my heart. I hope he has a good day at school.

Tiffany, welcome to the club. You survived your first born attending the first day of school! I promise it gets easier.:) We are all smiles this year now that Lauren is starting 1st grade. It a whole different feeling in our home than last year.

Hope Caleb is enjoying Kindergarten!! Megan had her first day of 1st grade today! I was more tearful than she was! :)
