YouVersion is Here
Today’s a big day. The dual announcements from LifeChurch.tv and from Terry Storch make it official. YouVersion.com has opened its big beta doors to the public.
What is YouVersion? Think of your old favorite Bible with notes all in the margin. That’s what YouVersion is…without the scribbles, the impossible-to-read penmanship, or the tattered binding.
YouVersion is a revolutionary online Bible that allows you to add your thoughts in the margin. Your thoughts may take the form of free-form notes, a link to a web site, an embedded video from YouTube, a photograph, or a personal journal entry. You can keep your “thoughts in the margin” private or share them with the world. That’s pretty cool. In fact, there are 100 things you can do with YouVersion.
